LATE CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
We understand that plans can change. If you're unable to attend your appointment, we ask that you let us know as early as possible so that the time can be offered to another client.
What counts as a no-show
An appointment is considered a no-show if 20 minutes have passed from the scheduled start time without the client attending or making any attempt to contact the clinic.
Fees
Where an appointment is missed under these conditions, the full consultation fee applies:
Initial consultation — $195
Follow-up consultation — $110
Follow-up consultation with pathology interpretation — $145
This fee is payable in full and is not covered by private health insurance.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact the clinic with as much notice as possible. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with adequate notice are not subject to a no-show fee.
Late arrivals
If you're running late, please contact the clinic to let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time; however, appointments not attended within 20 minutes of the scheduled start time with no contact made will be treated as a no-show under this policy.
